In March, Inmax Sdn. Bhd. was established in Malaysia, with a factory located in Negeri Sembilan. It became the first manufacturer of pneumatic industrial nails in Malaysia.

Inmax Holding Co., Ltd. was incorporated in the Cayman Islands.

◆ On March 23, the company was officially listed on the stock exchange.
◆ Established a second wholly-owned subsidiary in Malaysia, Inmax Industries Sdn. Bhd.
◆ Established a Taiwan office for Inmax Holding to manage investor relations in the Taiwan region.
